Hello, my dear friends. It is my pleasure to share with you my @wednesdaywalk which took place in a West African country. I was busy at work and after I tied up all the work on my table, I was heading to the board meeting.

This is one of the wild animal that is friendly with the human beings.

After the meeting, I felt like taking a walk to receive a fresh atmosphere around by going to the jungle of Osun Osogbo grove where wildlife animals are because they are friendly to play with and breathe there was superb. The aims and objectives to walk through the jungle were achieved because I felt the nature of the fresh air and everything around there and later returned to the office.

The Wild animals were playing around human beings.

First of all, I was relieved from stress and restored my energy to do another work before I close for the day.
It is very good to take a walk weekly basis to ease blood circulation and it is going reduce the rate at which people are getting sick because many things will be corrected while strolling out often and often.







Let me just tell you the benefits which one can derive from exercise like walking along the street.:
(1) you will sweat out all the things that can cause sickness
(2) if you are air-conditioning type, for instance: in the office air condition, at home you are using air condition, and even in the car, you are using air condition. It is dangerous for the health because such a person will constantly fall sick from time to time. All cold stuff has its benefits and disadvantages to the health of human beings. The majority of cold things are not in support of the health of human beings.
Please, my friends, I will suggest if everyone can emulate the act of taking a walk if it is once a week is okay then remaining in air condition 24/7 without exercise is not good.

Thanks for joining Wednesday Walk :), I truly enjoy exploring the world virtually each Wednesday seeing walks from all around the globe and feeling I am there and experiencing it all myself, such as I did in your post just now :)
