Hello everyone.
It is my first post in #WednesdayWalk community.
I would like to share a nice weekend walk in place near Sarajevo, capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
My friend invited me to his cabin and while there we went for a walk.
Here in Bosnia we did not have snow until last 10 days or so. It was refreshing to escape from city and relax in nature. Here altitude is around 900 meters.
There was more snow than in the city.
Trees had this nice crisp of snow on the branches.
We went on a walk around through the forest.
Some one was already on this trail.
Pine trees are really tall.
So many pine trees.
When you look up to the sky there is beautiful view. It is unique feeling among these beautiful long trees.
While walking I noticed grass on the path. Near the trail there is a water spring and thats why there was no snow on that part of the path. It was interesting to see grass among all that snow.

After some time we exited the pine tree forest.
View was beautiful. Some trees were down and behind was huge pine tree forest.
We walked more and we came to the small water pond.
During summer this has to be very nice place to visit.
We also had company. Dog saw us and decide to came along. He was very playful.
On the way back we went with other trail. We made circle while going back.
Rest point. During summer at least.
It was very beautiful to walk around here. Pine trees are very nice during winter.

We had really good time.
I would not mind to repeat it again.

What a beautiful winter walk, I know Sarajevo well I worked and lived there for a few years, infact I think it was my first real experience of winter

I hope you had good time here in Sarajevo, winters are quite nice - these days there is less snow than before
