My Wednesday Walk - Capital of India- Delhi

President's house

Last week I went to Delhi (Capital of India) for one of the Sport For Development TOT. Each day for 5 hours onfield we decided to relax with a slow walk and enjoy ourselves, and for that, the Rajpath is one of the best places in best to walk which connects India Gate to Rashtpati Bhavan (President House).

All the Coaches were from Outstation and it was a great opportunity for me to talk about my old days when I used to live in Delhi.
This was my running spot for each Friday night from year 2015 to 2019. We used this road for long runs as well as 20 second sprint.

I love this road always as it is empty and at night it looks very beautiful, on both sides of the road there is a big field, with grass where people play, sit, and walk.

I decided to walk alone while listening to music and enjoy the road walk.

This time I decided to listen to music while walking from India gate to the president's house which is 2 and a half km total distance.

After the walk, we went to Connaught Place for dinner. It was a great walk and different than regular onfield training.
