very close. they are tail lights of a russian food wagon designed to be stationary but can be driven as a trailer. some thai women serve thai food from it. the color of the lights are original but here the back end is in black and white.
Good to know I was pretty close. I knew it didn't look like any tail lights I'd seen here in the US.
