When I decided to buy the house, way back when our house was only one of the few (wow, how fast the development here!!!), I visited the main town. And it was well kept, well maintained... in fact, there are no areas which not maintained well. So I said it is safe to buy here, @silvertop 😀

You bet! For many reasons.
But I am happy where I am now.
I regret selling my first home, though.

We also miss our Colorado timber frame home....The Northwest is home, and our kids have settled here with their Families.....
