Here are a few images from walks this week showing the strange darkening light of fall for this #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay
While taking my daughter on her normal evening walk we passed by this strange gnome store.
This store is basically loaded down with all sorts of strange and kind of spooky trinkets. Aliens, demons and various occult things are in here as well as a ton of mushroom and gnome figurines.
Now for something a bit less scary for my daughter but scary for me. She loves this chocolate store but I don't want her to get cavities to we limit our visits to once a month. Fortunately it is closed most of the time by the time I am taking her on a walk.
Here is a retro mall from the 70s with strange little stores inside. This time it was closed and gloomy. There used to be a cool vintage guitar store in here that I used to visit a lot but now it is gone and turned into a custom print store.
Now for a knitting store lol. You can take classes on knitting in here but it looks like they might have just bought these pumpkins as they still have the tags on them.
Now its off to downtown early in the morning. Gloomy and abandoned this early.
Here is a strange pan playing his flute etc. Perhaps luring all the rats into the rat race as they exit the train station to go off to their jobs.
I like the city this early in the morning as the sidewalks aren't very clogged and it has a sort of abandoned post apocalyptic feel to it.
Thankfully I can get some sunlight during my lunch break. Though during the winter the skies will be thick and gray. Better order some more vitamin D soon lol.

Nice to see the sun. We are going to take advantage of the sun today to get out for a hike. Interesting concept for your daughter - visiting the sweets shop once a month - before time really sinks in once a month must just seem like Dad says No alot 🙂
Ha i only walk her by the chocolate store when its closed now she automatically says its closed its closed.
