Hello everyone,, π
It was a beautiful, cloudy day outside,,
The kind where the air feels cool and fresh,,
perfect for an adventure!!
My two adorable nieces came to visit and we decided to take a nice stroll and see what we could find..

We didn't have to go far..
Right behind my house is a vacant lot that's a little world all its own,, full of tall trees and lush green plants.. It felt like we stepped into a tiny forest..

My older niece, who is the best, declared herself the official photographer for the day π
She carried her little camera,, ready to capture everything..

The little one, holding my husband's hand tight, was our chief explorer, pointing at every interesting leaf and patch of grass.. π
We slowly wandered through the greenery,,
and it was so much fun finding hidden treasures..
We spotted a few delicate wildflowers,, π·πΌ
some purple, some white,,

and tiny flower buds pushing their way up. Everything was so bright and green π
Then, the best thing happened,,
We saw a beautiful butterfly fluttering right next to a bright pink-and-yellow flower π¦
It was so pretty π

The girls were completely amazed..
They became the sweetest, tiniest butterfly chasers,, trying to follow its gentle path..
They pointed out other little bugs and things we would have walked right past on a regular day.. It was a wonderful reminder of how much fun and magic you can find in your own backyard when you slow down and look closely..

All in all, it was a simple, beautiful day spent with my favorite little people, exploring the world one tiny flower and butterfly at a time..
Nothing beats seeing the world through a child's eyes π
We appreciate your work and your publication has been hand selected by the geography curation team on behalf of the Amazing Nature AN Community. Keep up the good work!
Wow,, thank you so much for the support.. π
Yes I agree with you. I remember when I was young I used to enjoy the forest. I spent hours there looking for something beautiful flowers and amazing insects. I also looked for something to eat and enjoy like wild fruits.
Childhood was great back then.. π₯°
Speaking of something to eat.. there are lots edible wild berries here,, but these kids have sensitive stomachs.. so we don't allow them to just eat anything.. boring, right?? π
