Great that you thought of the possibility of an Island defence, but do you think any Keeper's island position will not have maxed out radars with all the best software?
Any air vehicle approaching by sea can easily be detected by radar because there is nowhere to hide. The sea is flat. Terrain hugging and hiding behind natural obstacles doesn't work at sea.
Unfortunately the Velvet Storm is not heavily armoured enough to penetrate a defended position with decent air defence. Nor is it stealthy enough to penetrate undetected in the face of top of the line radars.
