I think that is automatic, you only need a twitter account if im not mistaked. But i would ask in the post Marky will explain it better, if he hasn't done it already in his post.
I believe you need share and tag #hive in a Twitter post(share PeakD post to Twitter) and it will pick it up and repost for you
