I saw quite some Capoeira when I lived in Brasil. I thought it would get very popular in Europe very soon, but at least here in Mallorca I don't see it...

Oh wow, that's very cool! I trained with Grupo Axé Capoeira for 3 1/2 years, 3 days per week, when I lived on Arizona, and I was in the absolute best shape of my life. It's truly incredible. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Yes, exactly, it's very integral, since it incomrporates aspects of music, song, dance, ritual, martial arts, and acrobatics, into one extraordinary synergy. It sculps your body just by training, and not just strength, but equally flexibility, agility/coordination, and endurance/stamina too. The unpredictability the dance aspect is what makes it so dangerous. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
