From my point of view, any list that is respected with the best Kung Fu movies must include one of the greatest masterpieces of the actor Jackie Chan. One of the most important films in the career of this martial arts master, which i consider to be excellent, is Drunken Master (an action and comedy film released in 1978). It is a rather comical film production, which i recommend to all those who, for various reasons, have not yet managed to watch it. Just watch the trailer below.
This film is considered to be the first artistic production, through which Jackie Chan rightly stood out, it is a successful classic film - a beautiful comic story that puts you in a good mood because it has many moments that make you smile healthily, ... I recommend it with confidence for a pleasant positive state. A movie that every man must see once, in this precious life.
A short summary of this film production.
Won Fei Hung (Jackie Chan) is a married young man, the son of a martial arts school teacher. After his son is injured because of his antics, his father asks for the help of a sadistic uncle to teach his son what self-discipline means. He has a reputation for crippling his students and trying to teach Fei Hung a bizarre kung fu style. At first, Fei Hung resists, but after losing a fight with a local assassin who was hired to kill his father, he realizes that he must master the special art of the "drunk boxer."
Honestly, it was one of my favorite movies of my childhood. It was one of those movies where Jackie Chan shine for the first time, with a different physique than today, but the same iron character, the same tenacity and mastery, giving us a brilliant character in a captivating story, full of scenes of impressive fights, humor of a remarkable quality and very, very many emotions of all kinds.
Oh, Jackie is so young! I love the movie so much! 酔拳！ Drunken Fist!
