This species of parrot is the most common in many parts of Venezuela, its body is almost all green. With yellow reflections on its head and near the legs.

Esta especie de loro es la más común en muchas partes de Venezuela, su cuerpo es casi todo verde. Con reflejos amarillo en su cabeza y cerca de las patas.

Its plumage also has multi-color details that can be seen in the light and give it a splendor.

The greatest peculiarity of this bird is that it can emit sounds learned by contact with people. And it is very fun to teach them to emit words because although they do not have a whistle that identifies them, they are able to simulate the sound of people's voices and even point out names.

La mayor particularidad de esta ave es que puede emitir sonidos aprendidos por el contacto con las personas. Y es muy divertido enseñarlos a emitir palabras porque aunque no tiene un silbido que los identifica, son capaces de simular el sonido de la voz de las personas y hasta señale nombres.
