Step by step | Paso a paso
I made the sketch by drawing only the outlines, then I sharpened the colors: yellow, orange and green on the drawing so that the chip would be there to blur the background.
Realicé el boceto dibujando sólo los contornos, luego le saqué punta a los colores: amarillo, naranja y verde sobre el dibujo de manera que la viruta quedara allí para difuminar el fondo.

With my fingertip I gathered the shavings and started to paint the background then I selected the colors to be used to paint the leaves and foliage.
Con la yema de mi dedo junté las virutas y comencé a pintar el fondo luego seleccioné los colores a utilizar para pintar las hojas y el follaje.

I worked on the poppies by blurring shades of red, brown and black. The center of it is yellow and green with dots in brown.
