I believe that you are over-reacting. You do not have to visit any discord. You can continue publishing your original content and there won't be any issue.
This is a social network. Like any real society there will be elements that you will not like. If you like to focus on the elements you do not like, then it is your choice. Or you may choose to focus on the elements you like. It is entirely upto you.
I think I have personally been very polite to you and tried to explain everything. Please understand downvotes are part of hive. Do you notice, all my comments get downvoted :) Am I spamming or having a proper conversation with you? :) Am I worried about those downvotes? NO. Simply because I do not have any control over them.
Also I think both youtube and facebook has dislike 'thumbs down' button. Do people worry about them?
PS: What is obvious to you may not be obvious to others. There is a project scope for hivewatchers, when it was formulated we all agreed as a community, that we will not support multiple post of the same content for rewards. It was our decision. Hivewatcher just enforces the decision. If you have any anger, that can be directed towards us the community which is supporting your work :)
As I said earlier I don't mind downvotes by individuals. However, it's very rare I downvote - I only do it if I feel somebody was treated unfairly. This execution-like commando but is not the same thing. Yes, I might be over-reacting. After all it's still peanuts what I'm earning here. But I have massive issues with injustice committed by self-entitled assholes. I've seen such people destroying accounts of art enthusiasts for basically no reason.
Yes, I checked your earning as well :) I am not sure where you are based, but it is substantial. If I were you, I wouldn't worry about it. Its not that you have any shortage of original content :)
Should have invested some in hive, eh :)
Yes, I do have tons of content but my less than 400 original paintings are still my priority and I want them on display. I'm fed up with FB, IG and all this centralized shit which turns more and more into a monstrous instrument of corporate oppression. I was so enthusiastic about Steemit and much more about Hive which I saw as a libertarian heaven. Unfortunately people who don't understand freedom and self-governance still find a way to fuck everything up, sooner or later.
I believe Hive doesn't need overzealous censors who punish creators for nude content, for alleged plagiarism or the reposting of old artwork. In a free society those who create crap won't succeed. Freedom loves creativity, censorship kills it.
So does this mean that I can repost my artwork daily and rewarded for it?
Maybe none would upvote, but I could upvote it myself? Would that be nice??
Or ever better, post the same artwork 10 times and upvote it ten times, since I just want to display my old artwork.
Thankfully there is no censorship on hive. I think we had a good conversation on the subject.
Have you looked into nftshowroom.com.
Perhaps you could turn your art into nft's and profit that way.
I looked at it a while ago but the NFT market on Hive unfortunately has no significance for the big collectors. I'm selling my NFTs mostly on SuperRare and MakersPlace.
You can repost all you want if you don't accept rewards for it, send the rewards through beneficiaries to @hive.fund, @null or a project you think deserves more rewards which you don't directly profit from.
Then there is no need to hit us with multiple ads, yes?
If you want to be known here you have to make comments on the posts of others, not repost old content.
