awesome... i sometimes find those unexpected brush cleaning paintings can be even better than what i was painting. Last year i did a mini abstract painting for every main painting i painted. so i had a small canvas where just brushed off the excess colour from my brushes.
they made some interesting little pieces. and because they were not really forced, they turned out great.
i love the effect of the newsprint!
