Somos luz y oscuridad.
We are light and dark.
Cuántas veces nos hemos sentido solos, deprimidos, tristes? Nos sentimos vulnerables, fracasados,insuficientes.
En esos momentos creemos que ese trance se nos vuelve eterno, no lo queremos.
Aceptar esa oscuridad en nosotros, es lo que realmente nos hará brillar.
Dejarnos abrazar por esa parte de nosotros mismos, dejarnos ser. Vivir nuestros duelos. Sentir para vivir y aceptar para poder limpiar.
Aquí les dejo un poco del paso a paso de ésta obra.
How many times have we felt lonely, depressed, sad? We feel vulnerable, failures, insufficient. In those moments we believe that this trance becomes eternal, we do not want it.Accepting that darkness in us is what will really make us shine.
Letting ourselves be embraced by that part of ourselves, letting ourselves be. Live our duels. Feel to live and accept to clean.Here I leave you a bit of the step by step of this work.
