Hello friends,
As in yesterday's post, in this drawing I tried again to make a portrait in a 3/4 position, but this time of a girl with very particular features. It is about a friend from Bulgaria who stayed with me years ago on a rooftop that she shared with her dog, in the city of Plovdiv (the oldest in Europe). Since then we have seen each other in various parts of the world and it is a colleague who wanted to include in my particular "facebook": my sketchbook in which I am drawing every day a friend or family member.
ESP - hola amigos, como en la publicación de ayer, en este dibujo intenté hacer nuevamente un retrato en una postura de 3/4, pero esta vez de una chica con unos rasgos muy particulares. Se trata de una amiga de Bulgaria que me alojó hace años en una azotea que compartía con su perro, en la ciudad de Plovdiv (la más antigua de Europa). Desde entonces nos hemos visto en varias partes del mundo y es una colega que quería incluir en mi particular "facebook": mi cuaderno de bocetos en el que estoy dibujando cada día a un amigo o familiar.

It's great how the direction of your shading and hatching is consistent all over. Also it kind of matches the contour (outline) of your drawing! It really ties it all together.
