¡Estoy de vuelta con un nuevo dibujo para esta semana! Esta vez, quise dibujar a Momo de Dandadan. Ella es un personaje que me parece súper entretenido y muy llamativo porque tiene un carácter fuerte y siempre me saca una sonrisa con sus aventuras. ¡Por eso tenía que dibujarla! 💖

I'm back with a brand new drawing for this week! This time, I decided to draw Momo from Dandadan. She's a character I find super entertaining and very captivating because she has a strong personality and always makes me smile during her adventures. That's why I had to draw her! 💖

La Idea Detrás del Dibujo 🛋️ El concepto era simple, pero a la vez fue un poco complicado: dibujé a Momo recostada cómodamente en un sillón de su casa, viendo la televisión. La idea es que se vea como si nosotros, los que estamos viendo el dibujo, estuviéramos justo ahí, acompañándola en ese momento de relax. ¡Como si nos estuviera viendo a través de la pantalla! 👀

The Concept Behind the Artwork 🛋️ The idea was simple but also a bit complicated: I drew Momo comfortably lounging on a couch at her house, watching TV. The concept is that it looks like we, the viewers of the drawing, are right there, keeping her company during her moment of relaxation. It's as if she's looking at us through the screen! 👀

El Proceso Creativo y las Referencias 🎨 Aunque la idea era sencilla, lograr una pose natural y llamativa fue un desafío. Pasé un buen rato buscando referencias hasta que encontré unas imágenes que me ayudaron muchísimo a darle vida. Después de un largo rato puliendo cada línea, ¡llegué a este resultado! Estoy bastante contento con cómo quedó. 😊

The Creative Process and References 🎨 Even though the idea was simple, achieving a natural and appealing pose was a challenge. I spent a good while searching for references until I found some images that helped me tremendously bring her to life. After a long time polishing every line, I reached this result! I'm quite happy with how it turned out. 😊

Coloreado y Detalles Finales 🖌️ Una vez lista la línea, me puse a pintar. Empecé por la piel usando unas tonalidades que tenía guardadas. Luego seguí con el vestuario: le puse un suéter rosado en lugar de su uniforme escolar. Quería que se viera más casual y natural, como en un momento íntimo y relajado. Después, pinté las medias y la poca falda que se ve.

Coloring and Final Details 🖌️ Once the line art was ready, I started painting. I began with the skin, using some tones I had saved. Then, I moved on to the outfit: I gave her a pink sweater instead of her school uniform. I wanted her to look more casual and natural, as if she were in an intimate, relaxed moment. After that, I painted her socks and the small visible part of her skirt.

La parte que más me complicó fue el fondo 😩. Me rompió la cabeza pensando qué hacerle, y al final quedó simple, pero quería darle un toque especial. Así que, ¡me puse creativo! Agregué un episodio en la pantalla, y le puse unas texturas al mueble y a la pared para que todo se viera mejor. Finalmente, como siempre, me encanta darle un toque extra: añadí una capa de multiplicación y un 'abrigo' de color para simular ese brillo que emite la televisión en la habitación. ✨

The part that gave me the most trouble was the background 😩. It racked my brain trying to figure out what to do, and in the end, it was simple, but I wanted to give it a special touch. So, I got creative! I added an episode on the screen, and put some textures on the furniture and the wall to make everything look better. Finally, as always, I love adding an extra touch: I applied a multiply layer and a color 'overlay' to simulate that glow emitted by the television in the room. ✨
