Hello dear friends, visitors and art-loving fans.

Today corresponds to the 7th day of the challenge of @gris.visa in its version of INKTOBER.

I feel very happy to be able to share this with you and participate in this nice challenge, it really is a challenge because you must have your creative capacity to the maximum to draw every day and try to do it well.

I feel happy too because I hope that today I can catch up with the publications, being able to share is wonderful.

This design transmits me strength, power and at the same time tenderness, that which I need at this time and gives me peace of mind. I hope you like my minotaur version.

My husband (my strongest critic) asked me why I didn't make him the typical minotaur snout. The first reason is because I couldn't, I tried but it looked very strange, besides if I did it that way I would break with the Kawaii scheme I was looking for as the challenge of the day dictates. My youngest son loved it, at home they are the first to see my designs, they are always around watching me make them, sometimes it makes me nervous, but they are always waiting for what new thing I will draw and I love that. It's a great support and motivation.

Hola queridos amigos, visitantes y seguidores amantes del arte.

Hoy corresponde al día 7 del reto de @gris.visa en su versión de INKTOBER.

Me siento muy contenta de poder compartir esto con ustedes y participar en este lindo reto, realmente es un reto pues debes tener tu capacidad creativa al máximo para dibujar todos los días y tratar de hacerlo bien.

Me siento feliz también porque espero que hoy pueda ponerme al día con las publicaciones, poder compartir es maravilloso.

Este diseño me transmite fuerza, poder y a la vez ternura, esa que necesito en estos momentos y me brindan tranquilidad. Espero que sea de tu agrando mi versión de minotauro.

Mi esposo (mi crítico más fuerte) me preguntó ¿Por qué no le hice el hocico típico de minotauro?. La primera razón es porque no pude, lo intenté pero se veía muy raro, además si lo hacía de esa manera rompía con el esquema Kawaii que estaba buscando como lo dicta el reto del día. A mi hijo menor le encantó, en casa son los primeros en ver mis diseños, siempre están por ahí rondando viendo cómo los hago, a veces me pone nerviosa, pero siempre están esperando qué cosa nueva dibujaré y eso me encanta. Es un gran apoyo y motivación.

Boceto / Sketch

La inspiración provino de la frase "Toro sentado" algo muy común en las comiquitas de los ochentas - noventas, en la vida real este personaje era un jefe tribal americano, pero todo lo que gira en torno a él significa fuerza y corage.

No es que quiero dibujar al jefe tribal solo me inspiré en el nombre "toro sentado" por lo cual debía tratar de lograr la difícil posición de las patas, para ello hice una y luego la reproduje, porque intentarla hacer me quedaba mal.

The inspiration came from the phrase "Sitting Bull", something very common in the comics of the eighties - nineties, in real life this character was an American tribal chief, but everything about him means strength and courage.

It is not that I want to draw the tribal chief, I was only inspired by the name "sitting bull" so I had to try to achieve the difficult position of the legs, so I made one and then reproduced it, because trying to do it was not good for me.

Base color.

Las tonalidades en color marrón no fueron fáciles de lograr, no encontraba un tono adecuado que no se perdiera, ya que iba a cubrir todo el diseño.

Para el anillo en su cuerno usé mi pincel personalizado ORO4, lo trabajé en capa separada para poder ocultarlo y continuar con el proceso, sin que interfiera en el sombreado.

The shades of brown were not easy to achieve, I could not find a suitable shade that would not be lost, since it would cover the whole design.

For the ring on its horn I used my custom ORO4 brush, I worked it in a separate layer so I could hide it and continue with the process, without interfering with the shading.

Luces y sombras / Lights and shadows.

Cada una trabajadas en capas separadas y ajustadas en su opacidad, los pinceles que empleo son el pincel lápiz y el pincel pluma (tinta), creé una especie de máscara con el pincel aerógrafo.

Each worked in separate layers and adjusted in its opacity, the brushes I use are the pencil brush and the pencil brush (ink), I created a kind of mask with the airbrush.

Ojos / Eyes.

Los ojos kawaii la verdad no se si lo son, quedé con la duda, pues hice estos pensando que eran los más apropiados para el diseño. Son embargo están hechos de una forma muy sencilla, marrón fuerte y algo de luz con un tono beige.

The kawaii eyes, I don't know if they are, I was left with the doubt, because I made these thinking that they were the most appropriate for the design. However, they are made in a very simple way, strong brown and some light with a beige tone.
