This is matsuya, a samurai with the power to control water around him with his sword, there are few people in the world that can do this kind of thing and matsuya is the best,hence, the most powerfull in this art on his village,
I will draw some othe character regarding this and create some lore around it, but by the moment, Here is the most powerfull water bending samurai.
