A Day At the School Art | Short Introduction to the OnChainArt Community

What's up my fellow hivers, hiveians and to the Hive Community.

It was just yesterday since I have discovered the OnChainArt Community. And yes, I really love going through the posts in the said community because their works really are amazing and exceptional; cartoons, scribbling, digital painting and many more. Their works really showed how talented and skillful hivers are.

It was 2 years ago since,I started to learn digital arts and after like a month, I stopped because I got super busy with my school works. And since, I got a lot of time with this quarantine, I thought of continuing to learn digital arts.

So before making this post, I read through @onchainart 's rules and updates first. And I just wanted to say that I really am not very good in digital arts but I can assure to this community that I would not do anything that would violate the rules like using A. I. or filters. I can say that I am not really an excellent artist but I am serious in learning digital arts. I would really do my best in making my own digital arts. Also, I joined this community because I want to learn many things here, hoping that I can improve myself. I also hope that some members will include some tutorials in their posts so that newbies and begginers like me could learn more.

This is a photo of me 2 years ago when I started blogging in Steemit. This is picture was taken the same day that I started making my introduction post in Steemit. So I thought of making my picture into a digital art since it is simple and not that complicated. This picture symbolizes a new start and so, I used this as my first post here in this OnChainArt community.

From this day on, I will start learning more on digital arts and show my works in this platform. Maybe a year from now, I am certain that my skills will improve and this platform is the witness on how I gradually improve in every next art that I am gonna be creating.

In making this art, I really am having a hard time I used my phone in making this art. So I researched an app that is appropriate and user-friendly for making digital arts. And I used Medibang Paint.

For the face, I really tried making the face but I really have a hard time making it because my eyes there is too little. Just do not mind it, I am a newbie though, haha:) And it still looks good even without face.

It was my first time using the app and I really watched a lot of video tutorials to know the basics or to know every tools, brushes and how it is used. I also really have a hard time in making the sky so I searched for videos on how to blend colors in MediBang. Also, before using the app, I also watched videos on how to make a DIY stylus pen and I just made one using a pencil, foil paper, tape and a cotton.
