I never posted my cubes from a couple weeks ago. The top two are from tonight. The only one that's probably not obvious is the top left which is raw amber stone. For this class this was the last week of cubes. After this we move on to portraits :D
I keep telling myself I need to do a warm up portrait first before I jump in and paint in front of a whole class after not painting people for months. I tell myself that every semester and almost never do haha. If I do, you'll get to see it first if it's not terrible.
Anyway, here's the build-up of these.
Still feel super lazy teaching at home. I had a Red Bull at the beginning of class this time and that helped a little. The whole world is so surreal right now.
I've got a ton on my mind about Hive, but I've been struggling to make time to get things down. PeakD is working on a development that will make me very happy. Hope to see it live soon and I'm going to scream about it from the mountaintops.
Also if you haven't yet, be sure to check out OnChainArt and subscribe. Lots of cool art in there these days, and if you want to support the artists in there follow the OCA curation trail by following the @onchainart account.
That's all for now. See you all in the next post!
Awesome cubes! What did you use to make them? How did you make them? Also, check out my ETH Token art: https://hive.blog/hive-156509/@carlkid-crypto/proud-to-be-a-vandal-01-minted-on-mintable-app-erc-721
Thanks @carlkid-crypto! I painted these in Photoshop :)
