Watercolor painting on A3 paper
Total time ~3hrs
Too complex to paint with lot of details. Finally I had to ignore details and paint loose. Drawing wasn't that good so little off from reference.
Handmade paper tends to rip off when doing layers. Difficult to do faces
A fantastic watercolor of a temple, it was quite detailed despite using this type of "watercolor" technique, the painting looks excellent as the details of the temple or the faces of the people, good job.
I would recommend you to make a little more effort in expressing us more about your painting even in your own language or in English, as well as tell us if you used any other reference to guide you, it is an excellent work.

I'm not so good with words and also Post my pic within few minutes of finishing the painting. So I might be tired and exhausted.. hence hurry to publish it.
Need to spend little more effort to present it better for a broader audience and not to hurry about it😀

To put some more light into this painting, this was a task given to me in my art class. It is a complex subject requiring lots of layers of painting for pillars under different quantities of light. Also to add to it there are human figures and it is architecture drawing.. 100% out of my comfort zone. I have been doing landscapes for long time now and these recent challenges in my art class have really pushed me out of my comfort zone.
This might not look pretty as some of my landscape part, but the main objective is to learn about painting layers and getting better drawing skills.
