... todays blog is about something i wanted to do since a "long" time!
Its still in progress but i always make so many pictures i kind of have to do a progress post and a result and detail post. I dont know ^^
But now i want to show you my creation "OCTONANAPUS"!
Some of you already saw this sculpture in another blog but a week ago i started to paint it him!
I had a really good time with my very good friend MIRKO some days ago here and we talked and laughed a lot, watched videos and blablabla...
At some point i grabbed the sculpture and a brush and just started by the way.
But let me show you the pictures now because i think it looks pretty cool at the moment and i would like to know what you think about it!? ENJOY MY BLOG TODAY!
I was sure i will paint him because it was a little bit tricky to tell it was a Banana inside ;) :P
Looked like this and then i started to paint the Banana. At first it was a little bit to yellow but with the second attempt i mixed the perfect banana yellow and painted it again.
I think honestly it would be soooo cool if i only had painted the banana. What do you think?
But i hadnt thought about that at all and painted everything. Later i realized it.
The colorful version is also really sick and i like the choice of the color for the tentacles.
Its still dirty here and there but thats no problem to fix at all.
The problem is (...its not a problem at all ^_^) that some parts are hard to reach with the pen and i have to switch to brushes sometimes.
I like the pink buttons but what do you think about the spirals? Maybe black? Or just yellow like this?
...or black?
The style/signature too!? What color? Green or also blue? Also yellow? Heeeeeeeeelp! :P
For you to see how big it is i put a lighter next to it and my hand.
Lets be honest! I mixed a really good banana yellow, right? :P
Just have this cheap yellow for the peel but i will fix it somehow.
Whats your opinion about the colors?
