Dear community, I confess that I have had a somewhat chaotic week. The truth is that I have not found myself beyond the fear of making important decisions. And feel that I must always show a cooked smile.
So I made this illustration, it is about an old place in my city that was merely demolished and rebuilt as a shopping mall. But before that, it was a cloth factory. I started to investigate with some photos and the truth is that it was difficult for me to find one with which to work, but nevertheless I think it was not so bad. That if, I do not know if it is because of the style of the photo or its age that makes me think that it is a somewhat gloomy place and that it must keep a rather disturbing history, or perhaps they are just my ideas.
At the end I leave you some images of how the progress was going and one or two of working in Photoshop.
Querida comunidad, les confieso que he tenido una semana un tanto caótica. La verdad, que no me he encontrado más allá del miedo de tomar decisiones importantes. Y sentir que debo mostrar siempre una cocida sonrisa.
Por eso hice esta ilustración, se trata de un lugar antiguo de mi ciudad que fue demolido meramente y reconstruido como un centro comercial. Pero antes de eso, era una fabrica de telas. Me dispuse a investigar con algunas fotos y la verdad que se me hizo dificil conseguir una con la cual poder trabajar pero sin embargo creo que no me fue tan mal. Eso si, no se si es por el estilo de la foto o su antigüedad que me hace pensar en que es un lugar algo sombrío y que debe guardar una historia bastante perturbadora, o quizás solo sean ideas mías.
Al final les dejo algunas imágenes de cómo iba el progreso y una o dos de trabajo en Photoshop.
