Many parts of their small civilization, which is called Fightering, had been attacked. Houses, crops and other villagers were badly damaged. The small group immediately went to investigate what had happened, and in the end they found out that the attack was the product of their enemy neighbors, who had decided to attack their town to take revenge. A couple of years ago, they had had a kind of confrontation between two small civilizations, where the victory had evidently been taken by the Fightering people, receiving a threatening message at the end of the confrontation, in which they swore someday to avenge their defeat, and they had finally succeeded".

For this participation, I wanted to make my version of the "Tortisian Fighter" card, since my favorite animal is the turtle and since this card is inspired by that animal, I said why not.

Taking the original elements in the character, I started little by little to sketch my version. Integrating things like the spear, hat and shell. Little by little I liked my sketch more and more. Not to mention that for my version, I wanted to integrate some horns, as it is something that in my drawing style comes out a lot and is something that somehow represents me.
Tomando los elementos originales en el personaje, comence poco a poco a hacer el boceto de mi versión. Integrando cosas como la lanza, sombrero y caparazón. Poco a poco mi boceto me fue gustandome más. Sin dejar de mencionar que para mí versión, quise integrar unos cuernos, ya que es algo que en mi estilo de dibujo sale a relucir mucho y es algo que de cierta manera me representa.

Once I had the sketch ready, what I started to do next was all the color work. I paid close attention to the color palette of the original character, in order to integrate it into my drawing.
Una vez que tuve el boceto listo, lo que comence a hacer después fue todo el trabajo de color. Fijándome muy bien en la paleta de color del personaje original, para así integrarla en mi dibujo.

Yellow, brown and turquoise were the most predominant in the original drawing, so those were the colors I used to make or integrate in my drawing. Playing with the different tones of the original colors of the character, I gradually worked on my drawing, assimilating as much as I could the original color palette.
Amarillo, marrón y turquesa era lo que más predominaba en el dibujo original, así que fueron los colores que use para hacer o integrar en mi dibujo. Jugando con los diferentes tonos de los colores originales del personaje, fui trabajando poco a poco mi dibujo, asimilando lo más que podía la paleta de color original.

Once all the color work was done, the next thing I did was to finish the drawing with the final details, such as lights and shadows inside the drawing.
Una vez que todo el trabajo de color estaba listo, lo siguiente que hice fue terminar el dibujo con los detalles finales, como luces y sombras dentro del mismo.
