Sometime in September I took a trip back to my Alma Mater, Bowen University as I had an event to attend in the same town, my late aunt's burial actually. Don't get all mopy now 😊, she lived a long and fulfilled life so it was more of a celebration as is customary here. Uncles and aunts were present, cousins and second cousins, ours is a large extended family.

So here's a portrait of the Vice Chancellor of Bowen University and his wife which I made sometime last year. We were lodged in the VC's quarters so I got to see this piece again. It was a special moment because I hadn't anticipated it before.
