Whoa! Someone played an Uno Reverse card in this fight!

Also, this was a learning experience for Matt. The eye poke and groin strike are two of his staple combat moves when he becomes a sidekick later in life. This is his first experience with them. In fact, fighting a robot with stretchy arms is probably fairly similar to the fighting style he is currently using with the Green energy ropes against Sparta.

I guess this really is Generic Kung-Fu Superhero Sidekick's origin story.

I have never been "wedgied" before, so I don't know if it actually hurts or if it's just a humiliation tactic for the bullies to use. Anyone know? Matt received the full four-hit: wedgie, eye poke, groin strike, toe stomp combo. All in a single frame. Even a toon from Who Framed Roger Rabbit can't take that kind of punishment.

**HIVENOTE: **Hive users, the next paragraph does not apply to you. I am launching a new site, but the only content there is the same content that I already post with every panel of Real Superheroines. So all the commentary with each panel that is already available for free just by being here on the blockchain, I am making available outside of HIVE as a value add.

For those who have been paying attention to the Kickman page, you hopefully saw the announcement about the Real Superheroines LIVE! site that is now up. New Real Superheroine panels will be published EVERY DAY! Well, except for days like today, when Java or Kickman is broadcasting and using up all of my internets. Announcement, link and password are all here: https://kickmancomic.mattslawblog.com/2026/02/real-superheroines-live/

Finally, for anyone tracking my location, the morning this goes live I will be starting a new two-dog sit in Agua Dulce, California. I've got me a couple of Australian Cattle Dogs to play with for the next week. Don't forget to watch the timelapse video all the way to the end for the surprise ending...

Boilerplate:
JAVA JAGUAR is a webcomic based on the true story of a talking jaguar cub found in a coffee shop. Yes, I said based on the true story. Java Jaguar is produced by the nomadic cartoonist, Matt S. Law, on his mobile art studio consisting of Clip Studio Paint Pro on a Microsoft Surface Pro 7+.

To read Java Jaguar from the beginning, start HERE.

Created in Clip Studio Paint Pro on a Surface Pro 4. Here is the time lapse video plus bonus animation.

That combo would finish me off, but I've never had a wedgie either. Java just went for the killer move to end it. Should have done that sooner.

I assume you are really good with dogs. Most of them are okay, but I encounter some snappy ones when running. Usually the owner holds them back, but I once had one rip my shorts a bit when it was loose.
