How many of you saw the first panel and thought, "That scone with a bite out of it looks just like the Starfleet logo, I bet that van is a spaceship!"

No one? Really?

Sorry about the tardiness of today's strip. It's not my fault, as the artist. We are actually in the midst of a contract dispute with Java Jaguar, and he has some demands that are... difficult.

Also, looks like Java is going off into a brand new outer space misadventure!

Nice of the strip producers to spring this little surprise on me at the last minute. Looks like I won't be able to use any of my pre-made backgrounds for like the next X number of months. I had to draw every panel from scratch! Do you have any idea how long it takes to draw the interior of a delivery truck? Actually, I think I spent more time on that logo on the side of that truck. So you can bet that that there magic scone-bus will be appearing in at least 60 panels over the next couple of years.

Boilerplate:
JAVA JAGUAR is a webcomic based on the true story of a talking jaguar cub found in a coffee shop. Yes, I said based on the true story. Java Jaguar is produced by the nomadic cartoonist, Matt S. Law, on his mobile art studio consisting of Clip Studio Paint Pro on a Microsoft Surface Pro 7+.
