Fantomah has immense magical powers, so she probably has no real need or understanding of things like... stealth, ambushes, or tactics in general. To her, a woman squatting behind bushes is a woman relieving herself.
Poop humor. I've outdone myself. In my defense, as a pet-sitter I have long text conversations about poop.
That stupid bridge took longer than the rest of the drawing and kind of looks like Tinker Toys (tm). I used references by searching for actual "Congo militia vehicles" which more often than not is a pickup truck full of guys with rifles, with the occasional armored vehicle with a turret like the one at the front of the column.
