Hello hivers,an happy Wednesday to you all! The sun is shining between the white clouds over my city and I think it's really the right time to close the Summer cloths inside the wardrobe and to put out the autumnal cloths.
You know I like this season (especially after the hottest Summer I've ever experienced) for the colors and the smell in the air and my art become darker (as the sky at the end of the day ^_^ ) than during the previous months.
This morning I woke up soon as I use to do and after a fast breakfast I worked on a new portrait in my own illustrative style. I was inspired by some ancient portraits I watched in a docu movie and this is the final result:
As you can see, the subject is one of my lady in a dark dress and with a red flower in her black hair.
It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A5 size and, like I use to do, I took some pics during the process too:
