We all go through different hard times. Many things bring preoccupations that sometimes lead to anxieties and depressions to some. But we should keep in mind that being depressed won't help. Come to think of it, if you will be depressed could that solves all the problems? Or it will lead us to a bigger problem that will eventually ruin your health, mind, body and soul.. your whole life. So, be of good cheer. Remember a joyful heart is a good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Stay happy everything will be alright because the solution to our problem is prayer. Keep the faith and have a happy heart.
