Back to my college days in Fine Arts, me and my partner Paul made a found object welding art creation or commonly called junk art. we used a found unused steels near our welding area in our University where we usually build our sculpture. Our professor required as to use only the junk materials that it couldn't be useful anymore and combine it together.

This project is one of our requirement to passed for specific art major class subject.

Our concept is about the T'boli man playing his "hegelung". The hegelung is a wooden two-stringed lute played by the Tboli, an animist ethnolinguistic group of southern Mindanao in the Philippines.
