Here the art is on a class of women, known as PADMINEE in Hindu scriptures. According to "RATIRAHASHYA" or "SECRETS OF LOVE" there are four types of women and PADMINEE or lotus woman is superior to all.

It means, O woman, see, this pond is full of lotuses. And also see those Bumblebees who are wondering in a whirling motion around the lotuses.
