Realistic beer bottles I made with blender

in OnChainArt5 years ago

Hey Hive Community,

today I want to show you another project of mine I was working on the past weeks.
In our gamedesign studies we had the task to choose a topic and make 5 objects using the 3d software Blender.
I choose the topic Pub/Bar.
This is part 3 of 5 in which I want too show you the objects I made!

My third object are beer bottles:

As you can see I choose to make them look as realistic as possible.

Also here is my reference photo and some textures I used:

The main object is the bottle, but I made a coaster with a cork texture to support the bottle with the intension to make it look more authentic.
Also I used this "Lucky Lager" png as a label for the bottle.

As always here are some screenshots of the work behind it:

This was part 3 of 5.
The other parts are coming soon....

Thank you so much for your attention, I hope you like it.
If you want to see more of my drawings/3d-models/crafts follow me, I try to upload regularly.
Have a great day! ❤️

Again some nice glass material!

I hope you're able to set up some more interesting looking scenes with the assets you're making soon, currently you're scraping through our minimum quality standards because the assets are excellent, it's just the super basic presentation that's letting you down :)

Oh yes of course!
I made a good looking scene where all my objects are combined!
I would have shown it, after I posted my objects seperately, but I can skip those individual objects and show just all objects together in one good looking scene.
Thank you for letting me know, I was confused why my last post was muted, but now I understand!
My next posts hopefully will have more quality presentation 😊

Doing nice renders and including the individual assets inside the park as part of the breakdown would work better than posting the individual pieces if you still want to show them off individually 🙃

Nice Work.. keep going 👍

I used to make similar stuff on AutoCAD and 3DSMax 20 yrs ago while learning it.. modelling was easy for me. Texture mapping and lighting was so difficult.

Was so interested in game design.. but we didn't have those courses here those days
😔

How do you convert it to low polygons after blender?

I worked with blender for 2 months when I made those bottles.
Making the bottle itself took about 2-3 days.

I had no prior experience, except those 2 months with "blender".

For both, they are basically the same, so after making the first one, the second one was easy to make 😁
