I had been looking for this old drawing pad for ages, my brother only recently found it, so I thought I would share all the hard work in this little time capsule.
This first piece I missed the most. It was a free, unrestrained style I had not explored before. Alas; no eyeballs.
Some of the photos will be better than others, I took all these photos this morning while drinking "Death Wish" coffee.
A few pieces in my sketch pad have since become NFTS; one I even resorted to editing completely digitally because I could not find the original.
One of the NFTs was from a week I spent drawing Puffins, one of the world's most interesting looking animals.
This same pad has many images from figure drawing sessions. I won't share all of them, but here are a few that came out ok.
The rest of my sketchpad is mostly surreal experiments, some I have share on Steemit, Hive or social media, some that I can't wait to work on, and others that I would rather forget.
Oh and one drawing of Sade.
It makes me think of all the sketchpads I have, as well as the drawers of art, works in progress and ready to show. Perhaps I will share more if them on here soon.
I am working on an oil painting today, I will share my progress soon. Here is a peak.
Going to challenge myself to post at least once a day this week; let's see how I do. Thank you for your support!
Op image is inspired by the free flowing style of @romanie, and the nature patterns of @krasnec. Also other artists but those two deserve a shout out because they were such obvious inspiration.
Nice Paintings, @twirble!
I'm happy to be your inspiration, thank you! 💝 But you have your own style, i like the painting with 3 eyes, also penultimate with the robot! ❤
Thank you! But a few pieces were particularly inspired by your creative natural patterns and Romanie's wild style.
