Manually copying an image is considered a use of the image. So even though you manually drew the picture the original author can successfully claim copyright to the image.

Pinterest is not a good source for reference images. To use an image from Pinterest, you need to contact the creator of the image. In this case it is Evan Barbee. You then need to get written permission to use the image.

The better choice is to find web sites that share images with the Creative Commons License. There are also numerous sources of public domain art and photos.

Greetings, don't worry, the drawing is my complete responsibility, nobody can claim anything, I've been publishing for years, I don't publish the photo, only the link so that they can go to see the public image that I myself have added to my board, they are images that can be found in various portals and many use them or artists also use them as a reference.
