The word "yugen" means profound, quaint, or tasteful. I am not very good at using this word, but I think it is a word often used to describe the profundity of Japanese culture. This picture expresses such a sense of profundity and solemnity.

「幽玄」

「幽玄」という言葉には、奥深い、趣がある、味わい深い、などの意味があります。私はこの言葉を上手く使いこなせないでいるんですが、要するに日本文化の奥ゆかしさなどによく使われる言葉だと思うんです。そんな、奥ゆかしさ、厳かな感じを表現した絵です。
