Yin and yang is an ancient Chinese concept that refers to two types of chi that have properties that are opposite to each other.
In this painting, yin and yang are represented by red and blue tree branches, and something is about to be created again from the two branches that are entangled.
I still like to create mixed media works based on acrylic paints.

「陰陽の枝」
ミクストメディア、12x12cm、2023
陰陽とは、古代中国の思想で、互いに反する性質を持った2種の気のことです。
この絵では陰陽を赤と青の木の枝で表し、からまる２つの枝からまた何かが生み出されようというところを描いています。
やっぱりアクリル絵具ベースのミクストメディア作品を創るのが好きですね。
