What should an ordinary city dweller do when it's winter outside, everything is gray and cold, but the soul asks for warmth and comfort? Of course you need to do painting!
The other day we had another fun art party, where a great company of mutual friends gathered, who decided for themselves that it was the creation of their own paintings that would help them in the fight against the dreary weather.
This time, everyone had their own plot and all the participants drew completely different pictures. As an organizer, it is always interesting for me to observe how a person's mood changes when he has just timidly started working with paints, and after half an hour he is already confidently working with a brush, creating his own unique masterpiece.
Just look at those happy faces! Well, is it possible to say that two or three hours ago they doubted their artistic talents!

На днях у нас прошла очередная весёлая арт-вечеринка, где собралась отличная компания общих знакомых, которые решили для себя, что именно создание собственных картин поможет им в борьбе с унылой погодой.
На этот раз сюжет был у каждого свой и все участники рисовали абсолютно разные картины. Мне, как организатору, всегда интересно наблюдать за тем, как меняется настроение человека, когда он который только что робко приступил к работе с красками, и уже через полчаса он уже уверенно работает кистью, создавая свой неповторимый шедевр.
Вы только взгляните на эти счастливые лица! Ну разве можно сказать, что ещё два-три часа назад они сомневались в своих художественных талантах!

Currently I rather watch other people do painting. I would need to learn to do painting. I started learning drawing in the past, so probably I will learn at least the basics of painting too.
If I could paint flowers, wine glasses, people, boats and other things like that, then probably my face would be also happy. What I am saying. My face is already happy. 🙂

So, you also just need to participate in such an art party, where an experienced instructor-artist will help you in the intricacies of painting. This is certainly not the same as a full course in drawing, but it is also a useful thing for artistic skills :)

I miss painting with colleagues! It's really different when you paint alone vs when you paint with someone else. It's more fun haha. I can't imagine myself being in winter and seeing the depressive environment outside. You're right, painting gives joy! :D
