Finding Linaw Spring .🏞️

It's not all the time that once you "follow a river, you will find a sea", sometimes when you followed a river, you find yourself - falling in love with nature even more and its serenity.😉

I had another beautiful time when I set foot on finding the Linaw Spring of Catmon. There's not much info about the spring on the internet except on the Facebook post of one local about this spring which only shows a picture of the spring, a river, and a short caption of the post stating the location, which I love because it means and it calls for an "adventure".

"First Born Son"

I am particularly proud of this short piece, as I put a lot of myself into it. It is based on how we continue to sacrifice the well-being of our own children. It was first conceived a little less than a year ago with Midjourney 3 and some Midjourney evolutions of characters I had drawn.

I was beginning to make a comic; but the story kept changing, and a stigma began to form against AI art; so I put it to the side and focused on other projects; of which I have many.

We begin our tour of Città Alta in Bergamo

Here's the rest of the journey with friends around Bergamo. After visiting the remains of the San Vigilio Castle on the hill and checking what the city and its surroundings look like from above, it's time to visit the next place. This place is the medieval part of the city surrounded by the Venetian Walls of the 16th century, i.e. "Città Alta". In this part of the city there are the most interesting monuments, which is why there are also the most tourists here.

Let's practice some Vinyasa Yoga, a sequence of postures for the whole body

This time we will be looking at a very traditional Vinyasa Yoga sequence. Although Vinyasa Yoga is a little more dynamic than Hatha Yoga, it still maintains its intention to work integrally with the body, and focuses on the transition from one posture to another, accompanying each movement with inhalation and exhalation.

Visiting - The South of Portugal / Algarve 🌞

Hello!

Just a few weeks back in May, I went on an amazing holiday to the South of Portugal.

The Algarve

A destination popular for Irish aswell as British tourists.

Albufeira being the main location for holiday makers as it would be the biggest,
but we stayed in - Praia Da Rocha
