I was up a pawn, but played then very cautiously (but at least fast) so that I could keep the 1/2 point.

In the whole game you were never a pawn up (just check again). :-)
Apart from that: congrats to your great tournament achievement!

Oh, you are right! I just meant that a-pawn, but indeed you had grabbed that one from me earlier, so I could just regain it :)
