The chess tournaments are at the top of my schedules so I am not bother very much by delayed. Clearly some players are very busy and are affected by the delays. I really like the pairing even though it’s devastating in my win column :).
Suggestions For HCT:
0 Announce the tournament start with date in team chat.
1 Players report they are present in team chat at start of tournament.
2 Report any games agreed upon played earlier.
3 Allow (2 hours / # hours) for games not played at start to be voluntary reported.
