Hello Chess players on Hive,
Yesterday , we played the twelfth round of the weekly Saturday HiveChess Tournament. We had a total of 30 players join this event. A very good number, just 2 short of last weekend.

Congratulations to @mendelito for winning his first Hive Chess event. It was a 100% beserk rate accompanied with a 69% win rate that led to his tournament victory. Another surprising player was @chessdev17 who finished 2nd, International Chess Master @stuffings claimed 3rd place. Last week’s winner @tangibleay could only manage a 4th place finish.

Total play time is 1 hour and 10 minutes. Time control for the tournament varies with each round.
