Rapid chess, contrary to its name, is a slow variant with 10 minutes thinking time per player, plus 2 seconds per move. That's why I let this type of game play for 90 minutes, because too few games can be played in the usual 60 minutes. @rosmarly clearly won this tournament. Strange, however, are the ratings of the players in general. They should be around 100 points higher than the blitz rating, but many are lower. This is a clear sign that players rarely if ever make longer games. We will change that!

Schnellschach ist entgegen des Namens eine langsame Variante mit 10 Minuten Bedenkzeit pro Spieler, plus 2 Sekunden pro Zug. Deswegen lasse ich diese Art auch 90 Minuten lang spielen, da in den üblichen 60 Minuten zu wenig Spiele gemacht werden können. @rosmarly konnte dieses Turnier ganz klar gewinnen. Seltsam sind aber die Wertungszahlen der Spieler im Allgemeinen. Sie sollte ungefär 100 Punkte höher sein als die Blitzwertung, bei vielen ist sie aber kleiner. Das ist ein klares Zeichen dass die Spieler selten bis gar nicht längere Spiele machen. Das werden wir ändern!
