After 1...Ng6 White will lose his Knight, the Queen has to retreat away from the e-file (otherwise Re8 comes and the Queen would be gone), followed by 2...Qe8+ plus grabbing the Knight in the next move.

PS: I hope you have time again on Friday, to challenge the No.1. It would be too easy for him otherwise :)
