Good day everyone, welcome to my blog
When I was a child, each time I rush a chores or an errand and I do not carry it well, my grandmother would smile and say eniyan lo n sare, aye o ni ibi re e ( human are the ones rushing, earth has no where to rush to)
Meta AI.
Humans are naturally born with speed. We want to finish a work on time and start another, we want to finish an errand on the and start another, we want to finish a level of education on time and start with another, we want to get a promotion on time and immediately we land that new office or position, we automatically wants the ones that comes after it.
The economist believes that humans are insatiable and are actually realistic. We live in a world where we are practically raised and rush through things and process. Our parents rushed in raising us by getting us a walker as a toddler to make us walk on time, rush us through school so they can rest, don't get me started with the way they rush us with chores around the house.
In my opinion we humans are the ones rushing, life is not rushing us. All the beautiful places of the world have been in the same location since the time in memorial, if the world were to be rushing, the pyramid of Egypt ought to have passed my country or yours, the Statue of Liberty located in America ought to have rushed by too.
Why do we rush? We rush because we are in competition not with nature but with ourselves. We are in competition with people of our age grade, older ones and younger ones. We are in a rush to prove a point, a point which might end up being meaningless to us at the end of the day.
Sometimes, we rush to satisfy a thirst or crave. The crave or thirst might be out of passion, zeal or greed. Oftentimes when humans are unable to satisfy this craving or thirst, they might become pained or bitter.
