Its very obvious that time is changing people and things, and we can see the change that time has brought as one that is making everything seemed rushed. We can as well believe that the era we are in is so fast paced that people at the same time are trying to meet up with changes the era has brought, not thinking if its the right thing to do or the right time to make some certain moves we make.
One thing I learnt from my mother while growing up is that “what will be will be”, so despite how quick we try to make things happen because of the era we are in and how we as humans believed that successfulness lies in our hands, things might still be delayed until the appointed time comes which still takes us back to the old saying that “everything has its appointed time “.
Are We Really Rushing Life, Or Is Life Rushing Us?
Its not something new again when we say that life is a struggle because that is what it generally is, since everyday what we woke up to is challenges of different kinds that pushes and makes us to always be on our heels and feet. But we as humans feel that this is the only way we can keep moving, putting in the best efforts we could, especially in this recent times where things might not work out the way we expected due to unforeseen circumstances and uncertainties. And this might be why many people feel the need to do too many things at the same time, allowing life to rush them or them rushing life.
Although one thing is very certain in life. Its not by the amount of time you put into something or the efforts invested that brings success, achieved goals, etc, but that proper planning that can yield results at the shortest timeline. Or the believe that every effort we put into doing something will surely payoff at the right time which is where patience comes in to play its role when we insight the law of nature. So we have to be properly coordinated, focused and not compare ourselves to others who has achieved this and that because we are all created differently and will succeed differently too.
The biggest problem of this era is how people don’t want to wait for their time. They believed others has made it, others has gotten married, others has built houses, so on and so forth. But that is a very big mistake they are making. Each an everyone of us has an appointed time if only we can take a pause to think 🤔 over this. But due to how things are evolving, no one wants to take a pause anymore as we see how fast others are moving, why can’t we move faster too?
In conclusion, honestly I don’t think life is the one rushing us rather we are the ones that is rushing life because of the route we have chosen to take. The lifestyles of many shows no slowing down even when the pressure is so high, they still keep going at that fast pace they think is the way out. The youths especially needs to take a pause , slow down a bit and wait for their time to avoid making regrettable mistakes in life. Right time comes when it’s right.
