こんばんは、帯状疱疹になってしまった、ぺんたです。
この帯状疱疹という病気は、体に水ぼうそうのように湿疹ができる病気ですが、それほど怖い病気ではなく、薬を飲んで安静にしていれば、１～２週間程度で落ち着くとされています。
しかし疱疹の辺りが痛いので、わりと大変なのです。
そういうわけで、今週は薬を飲んで毎日安静にしている日々です😇
こんな状態なので、今週の記事はお休みしようかと思ったのですが、帯状疱疹について色々と調べたので、せっかくなので、そのことについて書いてみます。

残念なのは、正月からずっと続いていた、毎日３キロのランニング(またはウォーキング)記録が途絶えてしまったことですね～😂
