Greetings friends, a pleasure to be here once again, I hope you have an excellent Sunday. I want to tell you that yesterday I had the great opportunity to go to an anime event in the city of Maracay, it was a nice experience. The event is called Akibafest, it is very famous nowadays and they are doing several events at least 2 times per month in different cities like Valencia, Ccs.
I was really surprised when I arrived, the event started at 11 am and I did not imagine that arriving at 2 pm I would find so many people, it was full and I liked that because I saw many people enjoying this wonderful world of otaku. I should also note that there were many people cosplaying and the theme of the event this time was a very famous video game called League of legendary so many were cosplaying the famous game and the famous Arcane series.
I was almost at the end of the event, you could see many stands selling all kinds of things, from stuffed animals, necklaces, key chains and collectible dolls and there were also food stands, chicha, hot dogs and ice cream. The place as I said was crowded, it was quite difficult for me to take pictures, you could not walk very far, at one point I was overwhelmed. In all I liked that this place lends itself for many people to have the opportunity to be them and be together with people with the same taste, there was a guitarist playing the most famous opening and ending, and there was also a vocal cover but it was earlier so I could not see it.
Like every anime event there was the long awaited competition for the best cosplayer and that was at the end of it all, I didn't know who got the prize because I had to leave but I saw almost all of them when they were presenting themselves.
It's a good experience, if you are fans of this niche and have the opportunity to go, go, it's great and a different time. Greetings.

I can only imagine how great it was to see so many League of Legends and Arcane cosplayers; that must have given the place an incredible visual touch.
Sometimes those crowded spaces can be a bit overwhelming, but like you said, the most beautiful thing is seeing how each person feels free to express themselves and connect with others who love the same thing. And how cool was the guitarist! Even though you didn't get to cover vocals, it still sounds like a memorable day. My boyfriend would definitely go to one of those and take pictures with everyone.
